after christmas
it is back to work.
i hope everyone had as wonderful time with there family as we had. of course time was short and again it was impossible to get around to everyone, or even make time to call everyone. but we are loaded up with bear hugs and sticky kisses, new movies , new books. (and a new pair of diamond earrings, a little bling ~bling for the truck stop! )
so that should last longer than the cookies and popcorn.~~mmmm popcorn its the perfect food you know.
this is joe brown carmel corn at lloyd center in portland. the best popcorn in the world. i like the carmel corn, i love the yellow cheddar cheese popcorn. and yes you can order on line. and no they are not paying me.
i got to do some cooking, some cleanning, some organizing, some mommy~ing and some grandma~ing.
we are back down in california now, waiting for our 4am fedex load. we are not sure what to expect but the first day is going smooth. there is always tomorrow.
we are going to try and get home every 2 weeks now. it will only be for 2 days, but i hope being home every couple of weeks for 2 days, works better than once a month for 3-4 days. will thinks 2 days isnt enough time to do anything. while, i think 4 weeks away is to hard on my heart strings. and we dont do anything anyway. but we will see how it works.
we picked up a load of paper rolls in springfield- yes a heavy load. the roads were awfully icy. there was freezing rain over night. we saw 8 vehicles involved in different crashes. why is it there is never a sanding truck when you need one?
but ashland and shasta were trouble free.
